Example: Create a Custom Report for Fair Value Price Lists with Sales Item Bundle Allocations

This example illustrates how to configure a custom report that retrieves Fair Value Price List data including sales item bundle allocations.
You've created fair value price lists, including sales item bundles, and you want to view all of your price list configurations together in a report.
  1. Access the
    Create Custom Report
     task.
  2. Enter these values:
    Option
    Description
    Report Name
    FV Price List with Sales Item Bundle Allocations
    Report Type
    Advanced
    Optimized for Performance
    Clear the check box
    Data Source
    Fair Value Price List
  3. Click
    OK
    .
  4. On the
    Columns
     tab, for the business object
    Fair Value Price List
    , select
    Instance
     from the
    Field
     prompt.
  5. Add additional rows for the business object
    Fair Value Price List
     with these
    Field
     values:
    • Currency
    • Effective Date
  6. Add additional rows for the business object
    Sales Item Fair Value Price Rules and Allocations
    , with any of the following
    Field
     values that you want to report on:
    • Sales Item Group
    • Sales Item Bundle for Price Rule Allocation
    • Sales Item for Sales Item Price Rule
    • Sales Item Bundle has Fixed Quantities
    • Fair Value Calculation Method
    • Percent
    • Price Rule Lower Range Percentage
    • Price Rule Upper Range Percentage
    • Amount
    • Price Rule Lower Range Amount
    • Price Rule Upper Range Amount
    • Percent Type
    • Price Type
  7. Click
    OK
    , and
    Run
    .
  8. If you want the report to retrieve the Fair Value Price List data in effect on a specific date, specify an
    Effective Date
    .
  9. Click
    OK
    .
Workday displays your fair value price list configurations.
