Troubleshooting: Wait for Expense Protect Inference Service Step

Cause
Solution
There was an issue with scoring and the Expense Report Event business process didn't advance.
You notice an expense report didn’t advance in the business process.
Security:
Business Process Administration
 domain in the System functional area. Access the
Manually advance expense reports:
  1. Access the
    Mass Advance Business Process
     task.
  2. Select
    Expense Report Event
     for Business Process Type.
  3. You can select 1 or more expense reports to advance.
You added the Configure Questionnaire or Review Tax steps before the Wait for Expense Protect Inference service step.
Security:
Business Process Administration
 domain in the System functional area.
  1. Edit the business process and add the Configure Questionnaire or Review Tax steps after the Wait for Expense Protect Inference service step.
  2. Access the
    Mass Advance Business Process
     task to manually advance the
    Expense Report Event
     business process.
  3. Select
    Expense Report Event
     for
    Business Process Type
  4. Select 1 or more expense reports to advance.
