Migrate Receivables Write-Off Reasons

Migrate Receivables Write-Off Reasons

Workday now uses the
Maintain Receivables Reasons
report as the centralized location for configuring all Customer Accounts reasons.
If your organization previously used the same write-off reasons for both Student Financials and Customer Accounts (dual usage) on the
Maintain Receivable Writeoff Reasons
task, you must take action to manage these reasons for Customer Accounts in the new location. You can now use the
Maintain Receivable Writeoff Reasons
task only for the Student Financials write-off reasons.
Workday prevents you from editing write-off reasons on the
Maintain Receivables Reasons
report whilst dual usage write-off reasons exist on the
Maintain Receivable Writeoff Reasons
