Concept: Account Certification Dashboard in AP&C

The

Basic Account Certification

dashboard is a configurable workspace in Adaptive Planning and Consolidation (AP&C), enabling you to monitor progress of your basic account certifications in a single place. You can select the basic account certification reports and custom reports you want to display on the dashboard using the

Maintain Dashboards

report. To add links to basic account certification reports, custom reports and external links, click

Edit

.

Workday provides these reports as worklets that you can add to your

Basic Account Certification

dashboard:

Basic Account Certification Definitions for Balance Sheet Accounts
- Identifies account certification definitions for each balance sheet account. It also indicates if there are no account certifications for specific balance sheet accounts.
Balance Sheet Certification Progress Report
- Tracks the certification progress for balance sheet ledger accounts.
Number of Basic Account Certifications by Status
- Tracks account certifications by their statuses.

The value you enter on the dashboard prompts will apply to all reports displayed on the dashboard. Example: When you enter

Company A

for the

Company/Company Hierarchy

prompt and

Feb-2020

for the

Fiscal Period

prompt, Workday displays all certification status reports on the dashboard for the selected prompts.

Once you configure the dashboard, you can add it as a worklet to your Home page.
