Data Residency Requirements and Domain Access
The Data Agent must be able to communicate with all
Adaptive Planning
servers at the domain name *.adaptiveplanning.com on port 443 (the encrypted SSL port). If your organization's internal network includes a firewall and / or http proxy then your firewall / http proxy configuration must allow the Agent service's user account access to Adaptive Planning
servers.Allowing all *.adaptiveplanning.com domains on port 443 is a requirement to ensure that data originating in Europe, Australia and Canada is contained completely on servers within those geographies. Traffic balancing and data sovereignty modifications cannot be performed without allowing all *.adaptiveplanning.com connections on port 443.
One machine running the agent service cannot serve tenants in multiple geographies.
