Steps: Export Data to NetSuite with NetSuite Basic

  • Set up NetSuite Integration.
  • Enable Multiple Budget Categories in NetSuite.
  • Security:
    Export Budgets to NetSuite
     permission.
NetSuite Basic Budget
 is an option in the
Export Data
 area of
Integrations
. With the option, you can export data from general ledger accounts in Adaptive Planning to Budget Categories in NetSuite.
The export includes:
  • Data in general ledger accounts only.
  • Data in the version you select.
  • Custom dimension values that you:
    • Mapped to NetSuite.
    • Tagged to data with splits in standard sheets.
The Budget Exchange Rates of NetSuite and Adaptive Planning must share exchange rates.
  2. Go to
    Integrations
    Export Data
    .
  3. From the header version prompt, select the version with the data you want to export.
  4. As you complete the task, consider:

    Select
    NetSuite budget
    .
    Budget Category
    Select the NetSuite budget you want to populate with the exported data.
    The options populate from NetSuite.
    Fiscal Years
    Select at least 1 check box.
    The options populate from NetSuite.
  5. Click
    Export
    .
The exported data from Adaptive Planning replaces all the data in NetSuite for the specified category and fiscal year.
How the data exports depends on how you mapped Adaptive Planning levels and NetSuite subsidiaries.
