- /upsertCurrencies：插入或更新币种。根据系统中币种的可用性，在 Planning 中插入或更新币种：
- 如果系统中未提供币种，请插入币种。
- 币种在系统中可用但尚未激活时激活。
- 如果币种已在系统中有效，则更新币种。
- 仅当币种为用户定义币种时，才能修改币种名称。
- 系统/公司币种只能在 newInstanceFlow 的情况下更改，因为如果系统中有多个有效币种，则无法更改。
