Create Calculated Accounts for Modeled Sheets

Create Calculated Accounts for Modeled Sheets

In general, you can import your modeled account structure. Calculated accounts in modeled sheets calculate and store data based on the rows. Unless you also add the account as a display column to the sheet, you won't see the calculations on the sheet. Instead, you see the calculations when you explore the row details, or in reports and dashboards.
  1. From the
    Sheet Summary
    , click
    Modeled Accounts
    .
  2. From the toolbar, click
    Create New Calculated Account
    .
  3. Complete the
    Account Details
    section:

and save the account. After you save, you can select:
    • None
      : Use the default formula.
    • Override Formula
: Add a different formula for the selected version.
    Disable version-specific formula setting
Keep the check box cleared so you can add overrides per version. This option also automatically protects calculated data in versions that you lock.
    Select the check box to:
    • Revert any existing formula overrides for all live versions, including locked versions, to the default formula.
    • Lock the
      Formula Version Selector
      and
      Override Formula Setting

Enter a formula. You can use the
