Manually Locating IP Addresses

If your I.T. administrator and security policies require restricting access by I.P. address, you can manually gather the I.P. address ranges used by your instance.
  1. Log in to your instance by visiting https://login.adaptiveinsights.com/app.
  2. Make a note of the full URL your browser goes to once your login completes.
    Example:
    https://livec01a01.adaptiveplanning.com/app
  3. Copy all the text between https:// and the / after .com.
    Example:
    livec01a01.adaptiveplanning.com
  4. Open a windows command prompt and run the
    nslookup
    command using that domain.
    Example 
    

    C:\windows\system32>nslookup livec01a01.adaptiveplanning.com
  5. Copy the one or two IP Addresses this command generates and add them to your IP access list.
