Set the Initial View of Cube Sheets
Security:
Model includes: sheets, accounts, dimensions, and formulas
permission. The initial view is how the cube sheet looks to all users when you or anyone first opens it. Set the initial view to make a large or cumbersome sheet more accessible for your team. Your team members can still change their default sheet view.
- From the sheet summary, clickDimension, Attributes, and Levels.
- From the canvas toolbar, click the gear icon.
- Click theInitial Viewtab.
- As you complete the fields, consider:
Opção Descrição HorizontalClick the dimension you want to display across the columns.VerticalFrom the first prompt, click the dimension you want to display down the rows. The remaining prompts control the order of the cube filters. The second prompt is the first cube filter and so on.Max column widthEnter the maximum number of pixels for the columns.Suppress rows if all zeros or blankHide or reveal rows that either have all zeros, all blanks, or a combination of both. If you hide blank or zero rows, team members can use theAdd Rowbutton to find blank cells for data entry. - Save the sheet.
- Go toSheetsand open the sheet.Security:Access Sheetspermission.
- Click theDisplay Optionsbutton.
- As you update the display options, consider:

You can select which values you want to display in the filters, rows, or columns.SparklinesAdds a column that displays a line or bar chart of the data. You can drag points on the chart to change the data in the sheet. - Click theSet as a default for all userscheck box.
- ClickOKand save the sheet.
The sheet displays exactly as you defined for all users who open the sheet for the first time. The
Reset to Default View
button in the cube sheet toolbar also reverts to the initial view that you set.You can continue building or changing the sheet.
