Para vincular uma tabela de

para Excel

para o Word, você precisa definir a tabela como um intervalo nomeado.
Um
intervalo nomeado
é uma área definida pelo usuário de células, linhas ou colunas em um arquivo do Excel. Com um intervalo nomeado, você pode executar operações nessa área como um todo. Um uso importante é a capacidade de pular rapidamente para o intervalo nomeado de qualquer outro lugar da pasta de trabalho. Outro uso, com o qual você trabalhará nesta seção, é que você pode selecionar e inserir um intervalo nomeado de
OfficeConnect
para Excel no seu
OfficeConnect
para documento do Word para criar vínculos entre os dois.
Você pode mover ou alterar dados e até mesmo adicionar ou excluir linhas ou colunas no intervalo nomeado, que mantém a integridade como um único objeto. Quando você faz qualquer alteração no intervalo nomeado no Excel, a alteração é refletida no PowerPoint assim que você atualiza a apresentação.
Quando você usa

com o Microsoft Word, você cria um canal de dados facilmente atualizáveis originados em sua instância, formatados em seu
OfficeConnect
para pasta de trabalho do Excel e terminando com dados vinculados em um
OfficeConnect
para documento do Word.
O processo para vincular uma tabela ou outros dados do
OfficeConnect
para Excel
OfficeConnect
para o Word sempre começa com a definição de um intervalo nomeado de uma ou mais células do Excel que inclui os dados que você quer vincular. Esses intervalos nomeados permitem vincular informações entre os dois aplicativos. Na verdade, você não pode nem conectar os dois arquivos, a menos que o arquivo do Excel tenha pelo menos um intervalo nomeado.

Create a Named Range

Use one of two methods to create a named range:
  • Select an area on the grid
  • Use the Define Name command
To create a named range by selecting an area:
  1. Select the area you want to include in the range such as set of cells, rows, or columns.
  2. Click in the
    Name Box
    menu so that the current contents are selected.

  3. Enter the name you want for this named range, and then press Enter. The named range is created. To see the named ranges in any sheet in this workbook, you can click the Name Box menu. Select a named range in the menu to goes to its location in the grid.
You can also create a named range by using the Define Name command.
To create a named range by using the Define Name command:
  1. Select the area you want to include in the named range such as set of cells, rows, or columns.
  2. Select the
    Formulas
    tab in the ribbon.
  3. From the
    Defined Names
    group, select
    Define Name
    .
  4. Enter the name you want for this named range.
  5. In
    Scope
    , specify whether this named range is available from a particular worksheet in the workbook, or to the whole workbook.
  6. In
    Comment
    , add a note if necessary.
  7. In
    Refers to
    , verify the code reflects the area you selected for this range. Make any corrections as needed, either by selecting in the grid or by changing the code.
  8. Click
    OK
    . The named range is created as you specified. You can see the named range in the
    Name Box
    menu.

Change a Named Range

You can change a named range to add or remove columns or rows. The named range adjusts automatically.
Use the Name Manager to:
  • Change the scope of a name range.
  • Change the name of the named range.
  • Delete a named range.
To change or delete a named range:
  1. Select the
    Formulas
    tab in the ribbon.
  2. From the
    Defined Names
    group, select
    Name Manager
    . The Name Manager dialog appears, listing all named ranges in the workbook.
  3. Select the named range you want to change, and then click
    Edit.
    To delete a named range, click
    Delete.
  4. Change the name of the named range.
  5. In
    Comment
    , add or change a note about the named range.
  6. In
    Refers to
    , change the area for this named range. When you click in the field, the range appears in the grid. Make your changes by either selecting in the grid or by changing the code.
  7. Click
    OK
    .
  8. Click
    Close
    in the Name Manager dialog box. The named range is modified as you specified.
