FAQ: What's the best way to reference a system account from a cube sheet?

When you reference system accounts from cube sheets as part of a formula, you can get unexpected data. If you need to reference system accounts, we recommend that you:
  1. Create a cube calculated account.
  2. In the
    Default Formula
     field, enter the system account.
  3. Do not add any modifiers or calculations.
  4. Encourage your team to reference the calculated cube instead of the actual system account as they create formulas from sheets or for other calculated cube accounts throughout the model.
