Change Standard Sheet View

To change the view of standard sheets and standard sheets on dashboards, you can:
  • Suppress zeros and blanks.
  • Filter sheet timespan.
  • Display alternate calendars.
  • Show Sparklines.
  • Swap the rows with the filter.
  • Expand and collapse the rows.
When you save the sheet, the changes you made save as your preferred view. You can revert to the original default view at any time. For sheets on dashboards, the view reverts to the default set by the owner. From sheets, it reverts to the admin default.
  2. (Optional) When accounts are down the rows, right-click in the first column and select
    View by level
    .
    The levels display down the rows and you can filter the accounts.
  3. (Optional) When levels are down the rows, right-click in the first column and select
    View by Account
    .
    The accounts display down the rows and you can filter the levels.
  4. (Optional) Select a level or account from the filter.
    Saving makes the new view your preferred view.
  5. (Optional) Click the rows to expand and collapse them until the rows display the data you want to see.
    To save your expanded and collapsed row preference, you must make other changes to the display options or the data to activate the
    Save
     button.
  6. (Optional) Select

     to configure:
    Option

    Time
     tab
    Select which calendar and time range to display.
    Suppress rows if all zeros or blank
    Select to hide rows with all zeros or are otherwise blank.
    Set as default for all users
    Select to set this sheet view as the default view for all users when they first open the sheet or create the sheet in dashboards.
