Concept: Scenario Notifications

From scenario creation to approval, you as owners or collaborators are notified each step of the way. The notifications include:

Scenario name.
Link to the dashboard or perspective, if included, or the Scenarios page.
Custom message, if provided.

You can access all notifications with the bell icon in the toolbar of the application.

Collaborators receive notifications when owners:

Share scenarios.
Approve or send back submitted changes.
Discard changes.
Merge scenario changes into the base version

Owners receive notifications when:

Collaborators submit scenarios for review or recall submissions.
All collaborators finish submitting changes.

For Adaptive Planning only instances, when your instance is set up for email notifications, we automatically send an email notification as well. For Adaptive Planning with HCM or Financials, we send notifications through both Adaptive Planning and Workday.
