FAQ: Can I Revert Actuals Overlay to Plan Data?

Actuals Overlay does not replace the plan data. It only covers the data. To expose the plan data again, you can turn off actuals overlay for the account or you can adjust the overlay periods.
Turning off actuals overlay removes actuals overlay from all versions for the account and impacts calculations that reference the overlay periods. To turn off actuals overlay:
  1. Select
    Modeling
    from the main menu.
  2. Go to the account settings. Select:
  3. From the account list, highlight the account.
  4. For
    Actuals Overlay
    , select
    No actuals for account (show plan data)
    .
  5. Save.
You can also adjust the overlay periods in the version setting:
  1. Select
    Modeling
    from the main menu.
  2. Select
    Versions
    .
  3. Select an earlier date from the
    Start of Plan
     prompt.
  4. Save.
