The toolbar on sheets changes based on the sheet type.

Save
Submit your changes to the database. Once you save a sheet, other users can see your changes when they open this sheet. Other sheets that use the data also update.

Download data to a spreadsheet inMicrosoft Excel (*xls).
For modeled sheets, when you select:
  • Download
    , the sheet includes all hidden values and codes.
  • Printable View
    , the sheet excludes all hidden values and codes, and respects your current view state.
Not available when the sheet exceeds 10 million cells. Use filters to reduce the number of cells.

Publish a workforce action plan to Workday HCM.
Displays when you complete user synchronization from Workday and enable publishing workforce action plans into Workday.

Recalculate Formulas
Recalculates formulas and populates links on all rows and syncs sheets that have the Recalculate on Demand setting with the rest of the model.

Swap the row headers with the column headers.

Refresh Sheet
Update the sheet with any new changes that other users made to the data. Discard any changes that you made before saving.
We recommend that you use this button to erase your unsaved work. To see updates made by others, always save your work first.

Display a graphical version of the selected cells. Only available to users with dashboard permissions.

Predictive Metrics
Show Predictive Metrics
Display or hide the forecast range and accuracy percentage of the data generated into the sheet cells.
When you don't enable accuracy metrics on the predictive forecaster or no metrics exist, we disable the toolbar icon.

Show Anomalies
Display or hide the purple borders that indicate detected anomalies.
Displays after you generate a prediction.

Search on numbers or words to find matches. Select the up and down arrows to find the next match.

Filter
Open a keyword field so you can enter numbers or words to display records that match within existing filters.

Pull data from a linked modeled sheet.

Levels
Select the level data to display on the sheet. We only display levels that you have access to. On standard sheets, the prompt displays a list of accounts if the rows are levels.

Add Sheet Notes
Edit Sheet Notes
View or add notes to the sheet. Sheet notes are version- and level-specific. You can only add notes to a level without sublevels. If you select a level, you can only see its notes and the notes of its sub-levels. Once text exists in the note, you must manually clear the text box to remove the note.
To view all notes for the sheet across all levels, select a level with sublevels and select
