Add Rows to Outlier Reports

Access Reports
 permission.
You can start building outlier reports by placing accounts in the rows of a matrix report. The prediction version holds predicted values for general ledger and custom accounts. Add any or all of these accounts for the report to display variances with the plan.
  1. Access the matrix report.
  2. From the
    Elements
     tab, click
    Accounts
     .
  3. Expand the
    GL Accounts
     and
    Custom
     accounts.
  4. Drag and drop the accounts into the report rows.
  5. (Optional) To display the accounts expanded or collapsed by default:
    1. Right-click the account in the row and click
      Manage Hierarchy
      .
    2. Select
      Always Expanded
       or
      Always Collapsed
       and click
      Apply
      .
