Save Perspective Context Filters

Edit access to a personal or shared perspective.

Security:

Access Dashboards
permission.

Edit Dashboards
permission to create shared perspective filters.

You can save a combination of perspective filter selections. The filters you save can be either personal or shared if you have the Edit Dashboards
permission.

Select

Dashboards

from the main menu.

Open a perspective.

From the toolbar, select the

Change Filter

icon.

Select

New Filter Set

Enter a

Filter Name

(Optional) If you have a shared perspective checked out, for the

Save As

field consider:

Optie	Omschrijving
Personal	Save filter as a personal perspective filter.
Shared	Save filter as a shared perspective filter set with all users that have access to the shared perspective.

Make any changes to your perspective filters, then save the new filter set.

(Optional) Select

Change Filter

Default

to set the perspective filter settings to the last published state that the dashboard creator sets in the perspective Data Settings tab.

The saved perspective filter set name displays in the

Change Filter

dropdown.
