View User Activity Log

Verify that User Activity Log is enabled for your instance under
Administration
 >
General Setup
.
User Activity
 lets you view, filter, search, and download a time-stamped log of user sign in activity. This capability currently doesn't track the logout activity for OfficeConnect.
The
User Activities
 list displays sortable columns for:
  • Name:
     The name of user associated with the activity.
  • Action:
     The sign-in or sign-out action.
  • Description:
     A description of the activity, if there is one.
  • Date:
     The date and time of the activity, displayed using the time zone settings from your user profile.
  1. Select
    Administration
     from the main menu.
  2. Click
    User Activity
     from the System menu.
  3. Use the filtering and other options in the toolbar to:
    • Clear all the filters and display the current log.
    • Refresh the log to display the most recent activity.
    • Search for specific users, or see them all.
    • Search for only login or only logout activity or see all activity.
    • Select a start date for the filter.
    • Select an the end date for the filter.
    • Download a spreadsheet of the filtered log with the filter settings.
