Upload Modeled Sheets

Upload Modeled Sheets

Security:
Model includes: sheets, accounts, dimensions, and formulas
 permission.
You can upload a previously downloaded sheet as a new sheet by renaming it.
This process is possible when importing a modeled sheet from a sandbox or development instance. The process prevents you from having to manually recreate the sheet.
  1. Select
    Modeling
     from the main menu.
  2. Click
    User Assigned Sheets
     or
    Level Assigned Sheets
    .
  3. From the
    Sheets
     list, find the modeled sheet you want to upload.
  4. Click the
    Download
     link next to the modeled sheet name.
  5. Save the .xml file to your computer.
    The file contains the sheet definition, not the data.
  6. Return to
    Modeling
     and click
    User Assigned Sheets
     or
    Level Assigned Sheets
    .
  7. Click
    Upload New Modeled Sheet
    .
  8. Select the file and click
    Upload
    .
To make any necessary changes to the sheet, you can import updates to the rows using:
