Create Advanced Filters for Staging Tables
- Import your Salesforce structure.
- Security:
- Integration Operatorpermission.
- Data Designerpermission.
You can use advanced filters to see specific rows that otherwise wouldn't display in the default view of the staging tables. Staging tables display:
- The top 100 rows by default.
- A maximum of 1000 rows.
Changing filter properties changes the preview. The filters don't change the data:
- In the staging area.
- That loads from the data source into the loaders.
- Select from the main menu.
- ExpandData Sourcesand select the data source.
- In the tab of theTables to Importsection, click theAdvanced Filtersprompt.
- Add filters.As you complete the task, consider:
Opción Descripción Distinct RowsSelect the check box to hide rows with duplicate data.Max RowsEnter the number of rows that you want to display in the preview. Maximum rows is 1,000.ColumnsHide and display columns in the preview. Hiding columns from the preview doesn't remove them from the staging table.Enter SQL FilterEnter SQL expressions to restrict the rows in the preview. ClickApplyto check the SQL syntax of the filter. - ClickPreview datato preview the data.
