Change Timespan Display on Sheets
- To display rollups for alternate calendars, ensure that your administrator imports the alternate calendars in Model Administration.
- Security:Access Sheetspermission.
You can hide time periods on sheets using your display options for any sheet with a timespan.
When you save the sheet, you save the display option changes as your preferred view.
You can still reset back to the default view:
- From sheets, you reset to the default view that your administrator configures.
- From dashboards, you reset to the default view that the dashboard owner configures.
- SelectDisplay Optionson the toolbar.

The current date is 2017-05. You want to change your timespan display options to either:
- Start with 2017-01 and end with 2017-06.
- Start with 2016-01 and end with 2017-12.
- Start with 2016-04 and end with 2017-05.
- For 2016, display Q2, Q3, and Q4. For 2017, display 2017-01, 2017-02, 2017-03, 2017-04, and 2017-05.
