Change Modeled Sheet View

- To hide columns, ask your administrator to open a customer case to enable the feature. Your administrator must also enable you to hide columns on this specific sheet inModel Administration.
- Security:Access Sheetspermission.
For modeled sheets and modeled sheets on dashboards, you can:
- Use display option filters.
- Use the toolbar filter.
- Suppress zeros and blanks.
- Filter sheet timespan.
- Display alternate calendars.
- Hide or unhide columns.
Your modeled sheets can have a maximum number of viewable rows set up by your administrator. If there's a maximum number of viewable rows, you see an information note at the bottom of the sheet. You can use filters to see different sets of data or minimize the size of the viewable sheet.
- (Optional) Use the toolbar filter to:
- Search for matches in all the columns.
- Only display records that match, removing all others from view.
When you have active filters inDisplay Options, your keyword filter finds only matches within those parameters.When a sheet truncates to limit the viewable records and you filter for keywords, the filter searches for matches beyond the viewable sheet. Example: If your sheet displays 100 of 1,000 records, your keyword filter searches all 1,000 records for matches. - (Optional) To filter rows, selectDisplay Optionson the toolbar.
- (Optional) Select theFilter Rowstab.
- (Optional) As you complete theFilter Rowstab, consider:
Option Description ColumnSelect the column to filter.Comparison TypeSelect the operator for the filter.Enter ValueEnter letters, words, or numbers. If the column values are dates, select a date.AddClick the plus icon to add more rules to the filter. You can select a different column or the same column and a different operator to further filter the sheet.Add GroupClickAdd Groupto add OR rules to your criteria. Use groups to display data on your sheet that match any of your filter groups. - (Optional) SelectSet as default for all usersto set this sheet view as the default view for all users when they first open the sheet or create the sheet in dashboards.
