Delete Associations

Delete Associations

Security:
  • Users
     permission.
  • Organization Structure
     permission with
    All Levels
     selected.
  • Model includes: sheets, accounts, dimensions, and formulas
     permission.
You can either delete an entire association or you can remove users from the association. To remove users, export the associations and use the find function in Excel to find and remove the username from the association. Then, use the
Replace
 option for importing.
To delete an entire association for all users, follow the steps here.
  1. Select
    Administration
     from the main menu.
  2. Click
    Associations
    .
  3. From the toolbar, click
    Import
    .
  4. Click
    Download template
    .
  5. From the the association template, open the
    Associations
     tab.
  6. Specify these values for the association that you want to delete:
    • Code
    • Dimension
      .
    • Association Name
      .
    • You can leave all other columns blank.
  7. In Adaptive Planning, return to the
    Associations
    .
  8. From the toolbar, click
    Import
    .
  9. Select the
    Remove
     option.
  10. Attach your updated file.
