Tenant Lifecycle Management Update
Adaptive Planning is introducing Workday-aligned Sandbox and Sandbox Preview functionality through the Tenant Lifecycle Management (TLM) product.
When TLM is enabled, you receive:
- Workday Style Sandbox environments (refreshed every Friday) to test using the latest Production dataset.
- Workday Style Sandbox Preview environments to test new functionality as they become available 5 weeks before the next major release.
Availability
We remain committed to delivering TLM to all organizations. To manage demand and ensure that each new TLM recipient has a positive experience, we're using a rolling, phased onboarding strategy.
What this means:
- More organizations will be able to use TLM as we scale this capability over several releases.
- Only TLM-enabled organizations receive weekly Sandbox refreshes and biannual Sandbox Preview refreshes.
Express Interest
You can express your interest in TLM features by opening a Customer Care ticket requesting Enterprise Tenants (Tenant Lifecycle Management—TLM).
Opting into TLM doesn't guarantee that you receive this feature immediately. We continually review interest in this feature as part of our phased onboarding strategy. Periodically, we can make exceptions on a case-by-case basis (subject to feature qualification).
