Concept: Default Version

The default version is always a plan version. In the version prompt list of the toolbar, the default version is bold.

When you view sheets, you view the default version data until you select a different version from the toolbar prompt. When you view reports and dashboards, you view the data of the default version unless the builder of the report or dashboard specified a different version.

You select the default version in the version settings. You can't uncheck the

Default

option. To change the default version, highlight a different plan and select the

Default

option.
