Download the TimeStructure Spreadsheet

Security:

The TimeStructure spreadsheet can be:
  • An export of your current calendar structure.
  • A blank template that includes instructions.
You can use the spreadsheet to:
  • Change the structure of your calendar.
  • Add alternate calendars.
  • Extend your calendar dates.
If you add alternate calendars, the original calendar becomes your default calendar. The default calendar is where data exists. The alternate calendars display alternate time rollups for viewing and reporting.
Import all calendar structure changes and alternate calendar additions in 1 spreadsheet. Import extensions to your calendar separately in a blank template.
When preparing an Excel spreadsheet for import, don't leave more than 1 blank row between rows. The import ignores all rows after the 2nd blank row.
  1. Select
    Modeling
     from the main menu.
  2. Click
    Time
    .
  3. Use the buttons in the toolbar to download the TimeStructure spreadsheet.
    As you complete the task, consider:
    Option Description
    Import calendar
    Provides the
    Download template
     link, so you can make changes in a blank template. Instructions are in the first tab of the template.
    Download a blank template to extend your calendar dates.
    Export calendar
    Downloads existing structure, so you can make changes to it.
    Export your calendar to change the structure or add alternate calendars.
