Assign Users to Cube and Modeled Sheets

  • To assign users, create a user-assigned sheet.
  • Security:
    Model includes: sheets, accounts, dimensions, and formulas
    permission.
Assign users to user-assigned sheets so they can edit the data regardless of their level ownership or access.
Modeled sheets only: To open the sheet, users also require the
Access Salary Detail
 permission if the salary detail in the sheet setting is active.
  1. From the nav menu, click
    Modeling
    User Assigned Sheets
    .
  2. From the user-assigned sheet list, click
    change
     from the
    Accessible By
     column.
  3. From the
    Available Users
     box, select users.
  4. Click the forward arrow to add them to the
    Selected Users
     box.
The users you added can open the sheets from
Assumptions
 to view and change data.
Finish building or editing the sheet.
