Activate Scheduled Tasks for Planning Configuration
- A task that you created or that someone has shared with you. See Create Integration Tasks.
- Launch permissions for the tasks you want to run. See Grant Permissions for Integration Tasks.
- Security:Integration Operatorpermission.
When you use the planning configuration manager to build your Adaptive Planning model, you have the option to create a scheduled task in the Refresh Schedule page. Refresh Schedules creates a task in Design Integrations called FPI-Incremental. While other tasks created by the configuration manager run automatically, this task requires that you activate it before it runs according to the schedule that you set.
- Select Integration > Design Integrations from the main menu.
- Expand the Tasks pane in the Component Library.
- To open the task, select the task that you want to activate.
- From the Schedule Settings section, click the drop-down arrow on the schedule and select Settings.
- Select the Active check box.
- Save.
The loaders run according to the schedule.
