Why is the box to select empty rows unavailable on the Export Data page?

I am trying to export data including empty rows, but the box to select empty rows cannot be checked. What do I need to do to be able to export empty rows?
Answer
If there are any dimensions selected in the export, the option to Include Empty Rows' will not be available.
