Change Default Level and Time Perspective Filters

Change Default Level and Time Perspective Filters

  • Edit access to a personal or shared perspective.
  • Security:
    • Access Dashboards
       permission.
    • Edit Dashboards
       permission.
Perspectives come with a set of default context filters:
  • Time
  • Level
  • Currency
You can change the default
Time
 and
Level
 perspective context filter values.
  1. Select
    Dashboards
     from the main menu.
  2. Open a perspective.
  3. From the toolbar, click
    Edit
    .
  4. Select the perspective name in the toolbar.
  5. From the
    Data Settings
     tab, click the
    Level
     or
    Time
     context filter.
  6. Enable the
    Override Default
     toggle.
    The default
    Time
     or
    Level
     value displays.
  7. Click the default
    Time
     or
    Level
     value to select a new value.
  8. Click
    Done
