Enter Data in Sheets on Dashboards

  • Make sure that the dashboard is in view mode.
  • Security:
    • Access Dashboards
       permission.
    • Access Sheets
       permission.
    • Editable Sheet Access
       permission.
Once you add sheets to dashboards, you can edit its content. The type of edits you can make depend on the sheet type. There are 3 types of sheets:
  • Standard: Simple spreadsheet with time across the columns and accounts or levels down the rows.
  • Modeled: Sheet with a list of records.
  • Cube: Multidimensional sheet that you can pivot.
  1. Select the level that this sheet belongs to in perspective context.
  2. Click inside the sheet to edit.
    You can use the sheet toolbar and any right-click context menus available.
  3. Click
    Save
    .
Charts on your dashboards update to reflect the new data.
