Navigate Hierarchical Geo Dimensions from Perspectives

  • Edit access to a personal or shared perspective.
  • Security:
    • Access Dashboards
       permission.
    • Edit Dashboards
       permission.
You can view roll-up data for a specific region by selecting a geo dimension for a perspective.
  1. Select a perspective containing a geo map.
  2. Add your hierarchical geo dimension as a perspective context filter.
  3. Select your geo dimension for the perspective.
  4. Select a specific geographic region to visualize.
    The geo map displays children for the selected dimension value.
Select California and circles for each county in California display.
