View the Capacity of Cube Sheets

permission.When cube sheets exceed capacity, you can't view or change data.
As a modeler, you can view the size capacity of your cube sheets for each version to ensure
that you don't exceed data limits. The capacity displays as a percent for each
version. The percent rounds to the nearest whole number, which includes zero.
Once you know your current capacities, you can make better decisions about changes to
your cube sheets.
When your users view the sheet, we also display a warning message when the sheet exceeds the
capacity limit.
- Select from the main menu.
- Depending on how you assign access to your cube sheet, select either:
- Level Assigned Sheets
- User Assigned Sheets
- From the sheet list, clickEditnext to the sheet name.
- SelectView Capacity.
- Select a version.We display all versions regardless of the versions that you have access to.
- SelectViewto calculate the sheet capacity for the selected version.To view the capacity for a different version, you must selectViewagain.
To avoid exceeding cube sheet capacity, change your sheet or model to decrease
capacity.
