Security: Access Sheets
permission.

Sheets enable you to view, enter, and change data. You can access the same sheet in different areas of your model depending on how your administrators organize your planning process.

Example: Your administrator assigns you a process task to edit the expenses sheet with the expenses of your cost center. They use process tasks so that they can also assign due dates and keep track of the overall progress of the plan.

You might have access to open:

Level-assigned sheets. These sheets can contain data for many parts of your organization at once, but you can only access the data for your levels.

Assumptions sheets, also known as user-assigned sheets. Your administrators assign you these sheets on an individual basis because they can contain data beyond the levels that you have access to.

To access sheets, select 1 of these options from the main menu:

Sheets

: Opens level-assigned or assumptions sheets. Expand the left panel to toggle between assumptions sheets and level-assigned sheets.

Assumptions

: Opens assumptions sheets. Expand the left panel to toggle between assumptions sheets and level-assigned sheets.

Processes

: Opens level-assigned or assumptions sheets from user-assigned standard process tasks. Select a process and open a task with an attached sheet.

Security: Access Process Tracker
permission.

Dashboards

: Opens level-assigned or assumptions sheets from sheets on dashboards. Open a perspective and select a dashboard with a sheet. To access the toolbar more easily, expand the sheet.

Edit Dashboards
permission to add sheets to dashboards.

(Optional) From sheets that you opened from the

Sheets

and

Assumptions

menus, to navigate to other sheets listed in that menu:

Press and hold

Ctrl+Alt

Press ]
to move forward through the list of sheets and [
to move back.

Release the keys to open the highlighted sheet.

If you can't find a sheet, check the level you've selected from the

Level

prompt. For level-assigned sheets, only sheets assigned to the level you selected display in the lists.
