Select NetSuite File Cabinet Files for Import

  • Security:
    • Integration Operator
    • Data Designer
  • An Adaptive Planning NetSuite data source upgraded to at least the NetSuite 2021.1 endpoint.
  • NetSuite File Cabinet
     enabled in NetSuite and CSV files loaded in your NetSuite cabinet folders.
You can select CSV files from your NetSuite File Cabinet to import from a NetSuite data source. Each CSV file imports as a separate staging table. Individual CSV files can't exceed 250 MB in size.
The first 1000 rows determine the column types that import.
  1. Select a NetSuite data source from the
    Component Library
    .
  2. Click
    Manage File Cabinets
     in the
    Actions
     pane.
  3. Right-click
    File Cabinets
     and select
    Actions
    Add File Cabinet
    .
  4. Enter the
    NetSuite Internal Id
    for the CSV file you want from NetSuite.
    You can navigate within NetSuite to
    Documents
     to view and copy NetSuite internal IDs for files.
    Example: 5667
  5. Click
    Apply
    .
  6. Save the data source.
The CSV files you add display in the list, ready for import.
Select
Import Structure
 and
Import Data
 to import the NetSuite file cabinet files as staging tables.
