Upload Static Report Files

Security:
  • Access Reports
     permission.
  • Upload Files
     permission.
  • Create Personal Reports
     permission.
  • Create Shared Reports
     permission to save to a shared folder.
You can:
  • Upload Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other files such as images or PDFs into a report folder.
  • Create a document repository for your financial processes.
  • Share files with other users.
We apply the same security features to the live reports and static report files. Currently you can upload a maximum of 1,000 static files.
  1. Select
    Reports
     from the main menu.
  2. Select
    Add New
    Upload
    .
  3. Click
    Browse
     and select a file.
  4. As you complete the task, consider:
    Option Bezeichnung
    Name
    You can change the name to reflect how you use it in your reports.
    Description
    Enter the hover text to display for the file in the reports folders.
    Upload & Share
    Requires the
    Create Shared Reports
     permission.
To view a static report, click the report name in the details pane.
